Fees
My usual fee for therapy is $100.00 per 50-minute session. Longer sessions are pro-rated. Hypnotherapy sessions are usually an hour and one half and cost $150.00.
Sliding scale is available upon request, depending on need.
Insurance
I am on the panel for Blue Shield and Aetna. If you are using out of network insurance benefits, I will provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
